For this reason, Yanga only represents talent who, at the time of joining our roster, are not subject to any current exclusivity agreement or relationship with another agency, representative, or third party that would limit or prevent such representation.

Joining Yanga is entirely voluntary and is formalized through a representation agreement, which sets out the terms and scope of our professional relationship.

Talent is responsible for informing Yanga of any changes to their representation relationships or exclusivity commitments throughout the term of their agreement.

By joining Yanga, talent represents that they have the freedom and legal capacity necessary to enter into such agreement and comply with its terms.
